Spa Cover Ordering Hints & Tips
Nominate your spa shape, dimensions and corner radius.
Kidney, Oval:
Use clear plastic sheeting (at least 1/16 inch thick) and a permanent marker to trace your spa cover.
- Mark the outside edge of the spa.
- Clearly label the “TOP” side (the side facing up).
- Write your name, address, phone number, preferred color, and overlap measurement on the top side of the plastic.
This ensures your custom spa, hot tub, or Jacuzzi cover is made to the exact specifications.
Octagon:
Make sure to measure all eight sides of your spa accurately.
